Welcome to Studio Gracia
Studio Gracia is a space to return to the body through dance, rhythm, and dialogue, with a focus on Flamenco and Movement Medicine.
In Flamenco, you explore expressive movement that arises from your center—grounded footwork that connects you to the earth, and refined gestures that bring awareness all the way to your fingertips.
In Movement Medicine, you engage in a free and guided dance practice, moving with music while reconnecting with your inner experience.
Other offerings—including Taketina, menarche ceremonies, the Flow Game, and retreats—are designed to support you in remembering the wisdom of the body and cultivating a foundation for living with greater resilience and presence in today’s world

Studio Gracia is celebrating its 16th anniversary since its founding in 2010.
From the very beginning, our goal has been to help people discover and express themselves through dance, and to nurture the ability to lead more fulfilling lives.
Moving forward, we aim to remain a studio that fosters the “resilience”—the ability to embrace unknown challenges in today’s rapidly changing world—and to continue contributing to the co-creation of a peaceful world.
