永平寺町。
禅の里であるこの地で行われる11月21日 『ZEN Conference 2026』にて
ムーブメント・メディスンを踊ります。
「静」から、「動」へ。
この一日を通して、「全身できく」を体験します。
午前中は、永平寺副監院・西田正法老師による講話と坐禅。
お昼は、福井の地産お弁当を味わい尽くす。
午後は、「きく」ところから始めて、全身・全心で踊ります。
『ZEN Conference 2026』
これは、2023年に福井で始まったムーブメントだと私は感じています。
福井に根差し、福井が持つ地の力に支えられて、イノチ丸ごとで、今を生きる。
その在り方をみんなに発信し共に体験する試みをするパッションに満ちたチームが主催。
この場で生まれる安寧と平和の波をぜひ、共に。

Eiheiji Templeー the head temple of the Soto Zen sect, is a Zen training center with a history of approximately 800 years, founded in 1244 during the Kamakura period by Zen Master Dogen.
In this Zen village,
on November 21st, at the ‘ZEN Conference 2026’
~Peace and Well-being Beginning with ‘Listening’~
We will dance Movement Medicine.
From “Stillness” to “Movement.” Throughout this day, we will experience “listening with our whole body.”
In the morning, a lecture and Zen meditation by Eiheiji Deputy Abbot Masanori Nishida.
For lunch, we will savor a bento box made with local Fukui ingredients.
In the afternoon, instead of just “listening,” we will dance with our whole body and mind.
I feel that ‘ZEN Conference 2026’
is a movement that began in Fukui in 2023. Rooted in Fukui, supported by the power of the land that Fukui possesses, we live in the present moment with our whole being.
Hosted by a passionate team dedicated to sharing this philosophy and experiencing it together.
